280 mg Gotu-Kola-Pulver je Kapsel, bei zwei Kapseln täglich also 560 mg pro Tagesportion. Verwendet wird das Kraut des Wassernabels (Centella asiatica) als fein gemahlenes Pulver – nicht als Extrakt.
Diese Unterscheidung ist für die Einordnung wichtig: Bei Pulver entspricht die angegebene Menge dem getrockneten Pflanzenmaterial selbst. Ergänzt um Zink als Zinkcitrat. Die Zutatenliste umfasst drei Positionen, die Kapselhülle besteht aus Rindergelatine. Zwei Kapseln täglich vor den Mahlzeiten, 100 Kapseln reichen für 50 Tage.
